Our magazine presenting varied aspects of our project “Eel in Troubled Waters” is ready! We studied the eel, a species that has become extinct in our area, and used its unique life-cycle, starting from the ocean, moving on to rivers and then back to the ocean again, as a metaphor for the interconnectivity of all body waters and as a starting point to learn about the sea and its importance for life. We learned about the challenges that need to be tackled IMMEDIATELY by all of us, irrespective of age, if we want the planet to survive.
