UNESCO will organise a conference in Nairobi, Kenya in January 2027.
This event aims to bring together ministers, educators, youth leaders, researchers, and stakeholders from around the world to discuss progress on the ESD for 2030 framework and define priorities for the years ahead. Among the other topics, these discussions will focus on equipping learners with the knowledge, skills, values, and attitudes needed to address pressing global challenges, including climate change and biodiversity loss.
