EMSEA is a membership organisation, representing academia, researchers, NGO’s, compagnies, formal (schools) and informal (science) education institutes, engaged to increase ocean literacy in society. EMSEA works mostly on grant funded projects. As experts in blue schools and blue education, we help to develop training, curricula, share messages with the learning community, and capacity building. We support our members by sharing good practices and training opportunities through our annual international networking conferences.
