Empowering women in the blue sector: She4Sea project materials

The She4Sea project aims at empowering and equipping women with relevant skills and knowledge in the blue economy sector to help them to pursue a career in the blue field.

It delivers:

•  an online training platform for unemployed women and VET trainers
• a digital profiling tool for self-assessment
• a Competence Framework and Compendium that summarises research results providing updated data on the competence needs
