🌊📚 Introducing BlueMinds4Teachers — an educational toolkit built by teachers, for teachers!

This project aimed to strengthen Ocean Literacy competence among educators at all levels by offering an online training covering:
🔹 Ocean Literacy principles, concepts & scope
🔹 Pedagogical strategies for the classroom
🔹 Blue economy, blue careers & social science connections
🔹 Links to EU priorities, SDGs, the UN Ocean Decade, the EU Mission: Restore our Ocean and Waters, and the Network of Blue Schools

The course was co-designed in 2024 in Croatia 🇭🇷, bringing together marine and freshwater scientists, educational researchers, experienced teachers, and young ocean ambassadors from across Europe 🌍💙.

Now, all project materials are available as a digital toolkit — reproducible, exportable, and adaptable under a CC-BY licence — ready to meet the diverse needs of teachers and educators everywhere.
